Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professional, personal care in a peaceful, pleasant & caring atmosphere.

Our staff members are highly skilled and trained professionals. We offer exceptional spa services along with a convenient shopping area to purchase all of your home care beauty products. It is our hope that you will enjoy your time with us so much that you will want to time and again for all your skin care, body and beauty needs.
Keep in Mind… Many of our facial/body treatment & massage rooms are upstairs. If you are unable to walk upstairs, please let us know when you make your reservations. We can accommodate almost all of our spa treatments on the first floor.
If you are visiting us for the first time or having multiple services; please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time.
Robes and lockers are provided for your convenience. Rest assured that our therapists are highly trained professionals and you will be properly covered and comfortable throughout all of your spa treatments.
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services. Customary gratuities are between 15-20%
Returns
We will accept returns of un-opened items for full money back for up to 30 days after purchase. Opened items may be exchanged or returned for house credit for up to 30 days after purchase. No cash or credit card refunds will be permitted on opened products.
Gift Cards/Certificates
Gift certificates are available instantly on-line, by phone, or in person. Once purchased, gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuity. Please bring your gift card with you.

Our Flex Fee Cancellation Program
We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against *late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Your card is not billed unless your cancelled appointment goes unfilled. Guests are responsible for just 35% of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling (except in the case of bad weather). We simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it’s something unplanned like being stuck at the office, traffic, or the “flu bug”. We appreciate your understanding. The Flex fee program is designed to provide partial compensation for our therapists that who rely on a full schedule for a rewarding career. *For single appointments we ask that you allow 24 hours’ notice and for two or more appointments, groups or spa packages, we ask for at least 48 hours or more (depending on the group size; you will be advised). By the same token; If we have to reschedule your reservations last minute, (except in the case of bad weather) we will do the same for you and give you a 35% credit in rewards points for your next visit.

I thought I would do something that people rarely do.  Usually you hear the negative feedback!  Me and my mother and law have raved about our experience all week.   The atmosphere was extremely relaxing.  The house environment was an excellent choice for your relocation.  The staff was professional and friendly.  I have never felt so comfortable somewhere as I did there.  We both commented how we did not want to go home. This was my mother in law’s first massage.  She was hesitant about it, since she is modest and said that the experience made her forget about her concerns and it was completely different than what she was thinking. She said the environment was perfect.  I probably received the best manicure and pedicure and I am a stickler for pedi’s! I did have one question, what kind of tea is your berry tea?  I really enjoyed that.

Jackie – I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Racheal is. I came in this morning for a hair cut for the first time. I have been in for massages but never hair services. She was absolutely wonderful and I left feeling great. I loved my cut. I have struggled to find someone who I could connect to and trust with my hair for a long time. In turn, neglecting taking care of me. I can tell you I will be back and a lifelong customer of hers! She is just fabulous!!

I received a facial from Donna.  I live in Charlottesville, VA, but I try to get a facial from Donna at least twice a year.  She gave me an excellent facial and removed a very noticeable milia on my lip.  I feel so much better about my appearance now that it is gone.  She always makes me feel special and pampered…something a 71 year old woman direly needs and truly appreciates.  Donna is an excellent aesthetician and a beautiful woman. I cherish my appointments at your spa.  Thank you.

I wanted to let you know again how pleased I am! This visit, I thought my appointment was at 1pm, when it was actually 130. I wish I remembered her name at the front desk, but she was very accommodating, offering refreshments, and apologized several times when it was my fault. Every employee I continue to see greets me with a warm smile, and a friendly hello! That really means a lot to me!
Heather, again is simply amazing! She also greeted with a warm smile, and I could not wait to tell her how great I have been feeling! I will continue to see her, and I continue to “brag” about how awesome you are!!

Just wanted to express my sincerest “Thanks” for a wonderful facial.  I enjoyed every minute of it.  My experience was very professional, personal and most of all relaxing.  My estetician was informative & helpful in suggesting what types of cleansers moisturizers and ingredients in make up I should consider using, due to my sensitive & dehydrated skin.

I love your new location in that beautiful old home you’ve converted into a salon.

I had a shellac manicure today and I know I’ve been a client of your spa for years but I feel like it’s due time to let you know how impressed I always am. :) I’m always blown away. From beginning to end I always feel great and for days after. It’s so worth the drive from Waldorf every time. I tend to be more critical of spas/salons sense I’m in the industry but yours always exceeds  my expectations. I love your new location so much! It’s so perfect ! It’s obvious you hold your staff to a higher standard and it’s not done in vein. I know there are not many who will give you positive reviews in this industry (or any really) so I thought I’d share !  I hope you have a great day!
