Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professional, personal care in a peaceful, pleasant & caring atmosphere.

The team consist of highly skilled and trained professionals. We offer exceptional spa services along with a convenient shopping area to purchase all of your home care beauty products. It is our hope that you will enjoy your time with us so much that you will want to time and again for all your skin care, body and beauty needs.

Keep in Mind… Many of our facial/body treatment & massage rooms are upstairs. If you are unable to walk upstairs, please let us know when you make your reservations. We can accommodate almost all of our spa treatments on the first floor.

If you are visiting us for the first time or having multiple services; please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time.

Robes and lockers are provided for your convenience. Rest assured that our therapists are highly trained professionals and you will be properly covered and comfortable throughout all of your spa treatments.

Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services. Customary gratuities are between 15-20%.

Returns
We will accept returns of un-opened items for full money back for up to 30 days after purchase. Opened items may be exchanged or returned for house credit for up to 30 days after purchase. No cash or credit card refunds will be permitted on opened products.

Gift Cards/Certificates
Gift certificates are available instantly on-line, by phone, or in person. Once purchased, gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuity. Please bring your gift card with you.

Our Flex Fee Cancellation Program
We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against *late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Your card is not billed unless your cancelled appointment goes unfilled. Guests are responsible for just 35% of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling (except in the case of bad weather). We simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it’s something unplanned like being stuck at the office, traffic, or you forgot about your appointment.  We appreciate your understanding. The Flex fee program is designed to provide partial compensation for our therapists that who rely on a full schedule for a rewarding career. *For single appointments we ask that you allow 24 hours’ notice and for two or more appointments, groups or spa packages, we ask for at least 48 hours or more (depending on the group size; you will be advised). By the same token; If we have to reschedule your reservations last minute, (except in the case of bad weather) we will do the same for you and give you a 35% credit in rewards points for your next visit.
