Spa Guidelines
If you are visiting us for the first time, we look forward to meeting you! If having multiple services, you should plan on arriving 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This way, you will have plenty of time to change and un-wind before your treatments start. Please keep in mind that arriving late may regrettably limit your treatment time. We strive to stay on schedule so that all of our guests are insured a pleasurable experience.

Robes and lockers are provided for you. Rest assured our therapists are highly trained professionals and you will be properly covered throughout all of your spa services. Please communicate any concerns that you may have with your therapist.

Appointment or Spa Party Scheduling:

Gratuity is a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your level of satisfaction with your services. Customary gratuities are between 15 and 20 percent.

Rescheduling Your Appointments
We understand how busy things can get at times, so our cancellation/rescheduling protocol is designed to give you maximum flexibility.

• We ask that all reservations be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card.
• For a single spa treatment, we ask that you please give 24 hours’ notice to re-schedule. Reservations for multiple spa treatments, please allow 48 hrs; *groups, spa parties and multiple spa packages; we ask for 72 hours’ notice; however we may request a longer time period depending on the reservations and how much time will be reserved. Your reservations coordinator will advise you of an exact time frame.
• If, for any reason a reservation is cancelled after the requested time frame, guests are responsible for just *35% of the reservations regardless of the reason for cancelling.
• Your card is not billed unless your cancelled appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings, as we would much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a cancellation.

A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. You will have up to 30 days to return an unopened item for a full refund.

If you purchase an item, try it, and are not happy with it, we will be glad to recommend a different retail item for you in exchange, or give you house credit. No cash or creditrefunds will be permitted on opened products.

Gift Certificates/ Gift Cards
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates may be purchased for any amount you wish. You may pick them up in person or order them from our web-site. Gift Certificates/Cards are valid for the full purchase price for 4 years. Gift cards/ certificates will not be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Frequent Visitors Vouchers, Donations and Free Spa Gifts
Certificates/Vouchers which are given by us (not purchased) are only valid for spa services (not retail products) and cannot be redeemed at After Hours Spa Parties. Each display an expiration date, usually within 6 months and cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. Sorry, no exceptions.
